Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Australia

Hoofit currently ships within Australia. Available Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post services and prices are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Free standard shipping is available on orders with a product subtotal of $100 or more. The threshold uses the product prices applicable to your account, including approved Farm and Trade pricing, before coupon discounts. For orders below the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout using the delivery address and parcel weight and dimensions. Available shipping services and any charges are shown at checkout.

All prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is included where applicable and shown in the order summary.

How to arrange a return

Email bernard@hoofit.com.au or contact us with your order number and details of the item and the issue. Include photos if they help explain the problem. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and next steps.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. If an item does not meet a consumer guarantee, the appropriate remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. We may assess the item to determine the appropriate remedy.

If an item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return costs. Let us know if your order arrives damaged so we can help resolve it.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and assess an eligible return, we will arrange a refund of the item price to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the refund available.

The 30-day period and unused, unopened condition apply to change-of-mind returns only. They do not limit your rights for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
